About WDS

Founded by the General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI), WDS provides a unique platform for the world’s defense industry to network, partner, share knowledge and explore new opportunities for the future of defense across all domains: Air – Land – Sea – Space – Security.

World Defense Show is honored to announce that its third edition will be once again held under Royal Patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, with His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Defense Minister, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of GAMI, designated to inaugurate the Show.

World Defense Show 2026 will embody Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by promoting localization, industry diversification, and international collaboration, bringing together global stakeholders from across the industry.

The 2026 edition is set to host 925 exhibitors from 80 countries, as well as 130,000 visitors, spanning an impressive 800,000 sqm site.

WDS 2026 will take place from 8–12 February 2026, and promises to deliver an even bigger and better event with an array of enhanced features and enriched opportunities to discover, network, and forge strategic partnerships.
