The letter must stipulate the appointment of the applicant as an authorized agent or distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the products to be supplied mentioned in the letter and the expiration date of the agency clarified. The letter must be certified by the Saudi embassy in the country of the manufacturing company.
